The Certified Scrum Product Owner course delves into the functions of the Product Owner contributing specific techniques and tools for agile management. Learn and practice with tools and activities of the product owner, such as the prioritization and refinement of the Product Backlog to maximize the return on investment (ROI), introduction of Lean Startup concepts, creation of effective user stories, acceptance criteria in writing for User Stories, stakeholder management, definition of "fact", etc. From practical exercises, discussions and group work, you will learn how to maximize the value delivered to your customers. You will also obtain the official certification CSPO - Certifed Product Owner of Scrum Alliance. The training is eminently practical with different simulations, exercises and real cases. You can exchange experiences with the Certified Scrum trainer. Attendance to the course gives the student certification for attending the official course, currently the requirement for obtaining this certification is attendance at the official course and it is not necessary to pass an exam. In addition to the certification with the registration fee, two years of membership in the Scrum Alliance are included.
