SCULPTURAL EXOSKELETON

CONCEPTUALIZATION, DESIGN, MANUFACTURING AND MOUNTING. PROJECTIONS DOME OF THE PLANETARIUM PARK OF GUADALAJARA, JALISCO. Invited from TOGA Studio to colaborate in the conceptualization and solution of the facade for the projection dome. Proposal developed through the use of parametric softwares that generated a total of 1,380 diferent cristal template printed pieces, in which faces are projected the appreciable constellations in the city from the northern hemisphere, in addition to a gradient of shades of blue that goes from the top to the bottom of the dome; the ubication of the warm colors matches with the areas with a higher sulinght in the dome during the year. The caos of irregular geometry, the chromatic armoni and the aplication of technology converge on the surface to generate a game of shades and reflects that offer a ethereal personality and light to the building.
