ObsiArtem is a company of recent creation born with a familiar sense in the locality of Tequila, Jalisco, Mexico. Its artisans use their 25 years of combined experience working with obsidian stone to build on revered ancestral traditions. Each piece gains its powerful emotional impact by bringing new life to lava--the blood of volcanoes. We worship and honor the Aztec Goddess Iztli and Mother Earth. Our passion is to transmit the art of world-famous Mexican handicrafts, especially those that use obsidian stone. The symbiosis of our artisans’ imagination and skill and the unquenchable energy of volcanic lava, will give you the unforgettable sensation of holding part of the soul of the earth in your hand.
